Their site and mobile app are very simple yet colorful at the same time. This helps in making the whole driving course feel less boring. And since most teens are attracted to colorful designs, this is a great plus. 

Moreover, you can take the course on any device, and you can sync them all, too. So if you plan to continue on your phone, you don’t have to look for the last chapter you were on. 

On the other hand, students appreciate that DmvEdu has removed the timers in some of its courses since this removes the pressure of finishing them right away. 

If there is a timer, it’s just to make sure that you don’t go for less than the time your state requires you to learn the course. 

Other than that, there’s a lot they can improve on in terms of making their interface more intuitive.

While students admire the effort of having videos instead of just text and audio, they say it would be a lot better to change these videos to a more “current” version. It would also help to have interactive content.

This is mainly because their course content is very simple yet engaging. You wouldn’t have any trouble understanding the concepts. 

Another one is MyImprov. 

What students love about this online driver’s ed is that they’re affordable and funny. Yes, I mean very funny. 

That’s because they employed the Improv Comedy Club to help craft their courses. So if you’re looking for some laughs, this is a great choice. 

Verdict

After comparing the two online driver’s ed courses, I feel that DriverEdToGo is a more user-friendly and engaging course that is ideal for teenagers. It also has a lot of course materials to help you with your exams. 

However, some of you will prefer DmvEdu’s simple and straightforward chapters, and there is nothing wrong with that.
